Free Trial and Refund Policy
SeriesA.ai offers a 3-day free trial with 200 credits to explore the platform before commitment. After the trial period, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Once you subscribe to any of our plans (Starter, Growth, or Scale), you immediately gain access to our complete platform features including investor databases, AI-personalized messaging, and multi-channel outreach capabilities.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds After Trial
Our platform provides immediate access to valuable features and data, including:
- Comprehensive investor and founder database with contact information
- AI-powered personalized message generation (no templates - each message unique)
- Email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers, and WhatsApp contacts
- Multi-channel outreach automation (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
- Gmail and LinkedIn integrations for warm introduction discovery
- Exceptional search capabilities and analytics
- Optional Alfred AI assistant for guided support
Once you have accessed this data and platform features during or after the free trial, they cannot be "returned" or "un-accessed." Therefore, we cannot offer refunds after the trial period ends.
Subscription Terms
After your 3-day free trial, you can subscribe to one of our plans:
- Starter Plan: $199/month (₹9,999/month) - 1 month access, 5,250 outreach credits + 5,250 AI credits (250 bonus included)
- Growth Plan: $129/month (₹6,666/month) - 3 months access, 10,750 outreach credits + 10,750 AI credits
- Scale Plan: $99/month (₹4,999/month) - 6 months access, 16,000 outreach credits + 16,000 AI credits
These charges are non-refundable after the trial period under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after subscription
- Inability to use the platform effectively
- Lack of desired results from outreach efforts
- Technical difficulties or user error
- Dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of data
- Unused AI or outreach credits
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining period
- All unused credits will expire at the end of your subscription
- You can re-activate your subscription at any time before it expires
- No automatic renewal charges will be applied after cancellation
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at support@seriesa.ai with your account details. We'll process your cancellation request within 24 hours. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.

- Take full advantage of the 3-day free trial with 200 credits to test all features
- Review our pricing page and feature descriptions carefully
- Read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Contact our support team at support@seriesa.ai with any questions before subscribing
- Understand that all sales are final and non-refundable after the trial period
Exceptional Circumstances
In extremely rare cases where there has been a billing error or technical issue that prevented you from accessing the platform entirely, please contact us at support@seriesa.ai within 48 hours of your subscription. We will review your case on an individual basis.
However, please note that partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds based on usage are not available under any circumstances.
