1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SeriesA.ai ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. SeriesA.ai is operated by Vault Catalyst. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
SeriesA.ai is a comprehensive fundraising automation platform that provides access to investor databases, AI-powered personalized messaging, multi-channel outreach capabilities (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), phone number access, warm introduction discovery, and analytics to help startups close their fundraise 10x faster fundraising. The platform includes optional AI assistant Alfred for guided support.
3. Free Trial and Subscription
3.1 Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with 200 credits to explore the platform features before committing to a paid subscription.
3.2 Pricing: The Platform offers three subscription tiers:
- Starter Plan: $199 USD/month (₹9,999 INR/month) - 1 month access, 5,250 outreach credits + 5,250 AI credits (250 bonus included)
- Growth Plan: $129 USD/month (₹6,666 INR/month) - 3 months access, 10,750 outreach credits + 10,750 AI credits
- Scale Plan: $99 USD/month (₹4,999 INR/month) - 6 months access, 16,000 outreach credits + 16,000 AI credits
3.3 Payment: A valid payment method is required. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay/Stripe).
3.4 Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. Generally, payments are non-refundable after the free trial period.

4. Service Features and Credits
4.1 AI Credits: AI credits are used for generating personalized messages. Each message is uniquely crafted by AI - no templates. Cost varies by model: GPT-5 Mini (~$0.005/message), GPT-4o Mini (~$0.02/message), GPT-4o/o1 (~$0.05/message). Your plan includes AI credits: Starter (5,250), Growth (10,750), Scale (16,000).
4.2 Outreach Credits: Outreach credits are used for platform actions including sending emails (5 credits), WhatsApp messages (10 credits), unlocking phone/Twitter (20 credits each), unlocking email/viewing LinkedIn (4 credits each), and viewing profiles (2 credits). Your plan includes outreach credits: Starter (5,250), Growth (10,750), Scale (16,000).
4.3 Multi-Channel Outreach: The Platform enables email campaigns, LinkedIn connection requests and messaging, and WhatsApp outreach with direct access to phone numbers.
4.4 Integrations: Gmail and LinkedIn integrations allow you to discover warm introductions to investors through your existing network.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities. You are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam laws and regulations.
5.2 Data Protection: You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when using contact information and conducting outreach through the Platform.
5.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Vault Catalyst and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data Accuracy
While we maintain an exceptional search system and strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of all investor and founder data. Users should verify information independently before making business decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Catalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
